akistriantas
Hello friends before 5 days I bought my first dna device a vapecige sd 75c. Today i build a ss316l coil to test the temperature control I measure the resistance(0.55Ω) and after I lock it in room temperature but then when it goes to sleeping mode and I unlock it to vape the resistance is unlocked. When I press the fire the resistance ohms doesnt change but the icon of lock shows it unlocked. Why this happened?
VapingBad
I would check what it says when connected to EScribe to be sure as it could be a bug in the theme.

etab75
Can you upload the original Vapecige SD75C theme so we can take a look? I'm interested in adding one to my arsenal as a beater model - look fairly good for the price.

etab75
Ah well! Yep I've seen mixed feedback, but it looks solid for the low price and the chip is great so...
X-R4Y
I´ve got the same issue on another VapeCige Creator device. After deep sleep and 5-click unlocking the resistance is unlocked. This happens on many different themes, so i think this is a overall bug and not theme-related?
James
What firmware Service Pack are you running? By the way, EScribe automatically saves settings which would include your theme. Go to Help -> Backups. If you used Theme Installer, Theme Designer will have the backup (or the Backups button of Theme Installer).
X-R4Y
I am running the latest early pack SP7
James
Good catch. It looks like altering it on the device (as opposed to via EScribe) doesn't trigger a save, unless the material or Ohms change. I'll have this fixed for SP8.
X-R4Y
Okay, sounds good :-) It is a little bit annoying. Especially in TC mode
James
You should still be able to lock it fine if you upload that from EScribe.
James
Hello @X-R4Y. I've posted SP8 in "EARLY SERVICE PACK (all devices)" of the Early Firmware and EScribe Suite thread. It fixes the problem you are having with Ohm Lock.
X-R4Y
I´ve uploaded it to my device. First test was successful :-)
