Jonnyvu
Helllo guys, just built my first dna200 box so I'm not sure what to expect. When ever I fire it reads check battery without the battery display. I put the battery brightness to 80% on escribe aswell. Dont even know if my battery is charging. Anyone know what's wrong and how to fix ?
awsum140
Have you checked using device monitor in eScribe? That will give you detailed information on the battery condition.

blueridgedog
The pack is below what can take a charge. As scoopy mentioned, try the recover option (you may have to try it a few times) or replace the pack. Is it new?
Jonnyvu
Yeah I tried USB recovery mode. It is a new pack. Now sometimes when I fire it says service warranty so ima send it in for RMA.
