How can you tell it's balancing the cells?

They are reading 4.20V, 4.20V, 4.20V!!!!!!!! One problem is still i cant run battery analizer it says waiting to bee fully charged. I am afraid to take it off the chord now i will leave it like this until someone replay. Thank you all for great help

Oh my God... It just did that and dropped to 4.18 again...

i could be wrong but i'm pretty sure the dna does regular charging (12.6 v) through the main + and - 

then discharges higher cells through the tiny black resistors on the board.

so not balance charging but rather balance discharging.

So i finnaly got it to run the battery analizer. It is discharging but keeps saying that annoying massage imbalanced battery. Is that a problem?

The battery cell 2 looks bad, see how much more the voltage drops than the other 2 cells, it is just possible there is a connection issue, but I think the battery is much more likely to be the issue and IMO the next step is to replace battery if you built it or return the device.

Its now under battery analizer. Its going very slow cuz its firing it at 8w something like that cuz of the imbalanced battery. Should i disconect it or?

IMO it needs the battery replacing as cell 2 is bad and battery analyser will not help so I would stop it myself.

I would stop it.  the battery analyser will not work correctly with cell 2 dropping a lot more than the other two. if you have another Lipo you could try connecting that and see if it does the same, if it does it is a bad connection somewhere or a duff chip. 
if it doesn't do the same it is the battery.


take it back to where you got it from is my advice

what mod is it and how long have you had it

It is custom dna, i just got it yesterday. I stopped analizer and i am now going to let it charge.

ChunkyButt200, you I believe are correct about how it works.
Cell #2 is doing what I expected, the battery needs replaced. I still think there may be a problem with the wiring inside the battery but that pretty much means replace the battery for most folks.

even when all 3 of them are 4.20V i unplug it from pc and fire it. It say imbalance battery...

The excessive voltage drop on cell #2 pretty much narrows it down to the battery being at fault. Still have to call it guess work on my part though.
