Can't change profiles.

Hi.

To make it short - before yesterday everything was fine. I plugged in my DNA to PC, so i can change some options in TC. Ok, done, I hit "Upload settings to device". After that, it won't let me change my profiles. They just don't show on screen at all, therefore I can't swap them.

I tried googling it, making some changes in escribe, and none of these worked.

Dunno what the problem is, but I know 1 thing - it's annoying as hell.

Any solutions?

Kind regards :)

Do you mean you can't change between profiles on the mod (lock ohm/temp whichever is the big number by holding the up & down buttons for about 5 secs, then pressing up or down > 2 times to scroll to the profile and pressing fire to select)?

Or is it a problem with the computer software EScribe?

You're right, I didn't state it clearly. I was in a hurry.

Escribe works perfectly - it's just the mod. I can change between Stealth - Normal, I can lock ohms, I can lock Wattage, etc etc.
It's just that after I lock it and press either - or + twice, it just shows me my locked screen, and nothing else. "Menu" where I can browse profiles just doesn't appear at all.

I stopped at a vape shop that I go to occasionally to show the owner how to use the new firmware and we had that problem (maybe). What solved it was to add the various materials. It was as if there was nothing to change to, it fixed it.
Edit: Let me add a bit more to this. In this situation we took a brand new Hana 200 from the display case and applied the beta firmware, there were no profiles previously set up
Oh, never mind...... it was materials that we couldn't change as they were all nickel. DUH

@dwcraig1

Now that's interesting :D Glad you solved it, though.

I think it will help to solve the problem - everytime I screw in a new atomizer (different coils of course), it asks me if it's a new coil. Like in TC. "New Coil? + Yes - No". It started happening exactly when I couldn't change profiles in mod.

Btw, lemme try adding materials. Maybe it will solve it.

Edit: Nope, didn't help at all.

Something to consider might be to save your battery profile, copy down your case settings, screen setting, ect on paper and restore default settings with a hard reboot in the end. Then add everything back. I'm pretty much saying what I would do but not at all sure if it will solve it for you, can't see it hurting anything though as long as you keep all the settings.
Might even re-flash the firmware too.
