escribe wont open

i recently got an hcigar vt133, i downloaded the escribe installer, it install successfully. when i try to click on the exe file it wont load doesnt give no errors or nothing. does any one got any tips on how to fix this issue? im running an dell laptop i5 windows 7

Try installing it again, right click the setup file and choose run as administrator, it should not be necessary but worth a try.

i already try that sadly didnt work. idk what else to do, i thought something could be blocking it but i approve it on everything.

if it helps i tryied to open DEScribeExec and it opens but closes as soon as it opens

I have not come across this so just guesses, make sure you are connected to the net when starting it could be trying to check for updates and check no firewall, anti malware or anti virus program is blocking it.

did all of those to, i turn off my anti virus stuff and restarted my computer still the same. there has to be something blocking it

You could try running Windows update in case there is a versioning issue with the MS dot net framework.

it just finish and it said "windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations" im in the start task monitor in the process tab escribe shows up then just disappears

One can really get into trouble if not getting this right
The first thing to do is backup the registry by going to "File", export (to desktop perhaps, your choice).

hmm how much damage can it do if i miss up? just look at it and there set to 1%

You can easily make Windows not work or not work right. Backup of the registry prior to making any changes is highly recommended.

so i made another admin user in my laptop and when i download the escribe it wont load saying error and it closes it self. this is so weird. and i try that program it was a no go. 

but i start my windows in in safe mode and got an system error message, when i tried to open escribe. something saying parameters wernt right.

With Safe Mode not doing it for you  I don't have much faith in this working either but perhaps it will. The good thing here is you can bring the programs back on one at a time to see which if any are conflicting with EScribe.

no go again, i disable all non Microsoft start up programs didn't work, tried again by disabling Microsoft programs nothing. Thanks for all your help tho maybe someone else will have a solution. im wondering if i can run a emulated windows on my laptop to test it there. would that work?

Does task manager show that it's running by chance?

yea it shows up in the process tab for a half of an second then just disappears. its like something force closing it.

Might try running Malwarebytes, good to do anyway. No sense getting the paid version as you can run the free one with the same results, it's just not real time monitoring.

well it found like 7 possible threats they all started with PUP so i removed then and restarted no luck. but the malwarebytes program pretty neat i like it.

I've been using it for quite a few years, it does a good job. I only run it on when I feel I might have "done" something.....LOL
Another good utility is CCleaner, been using that for a number of years as well.
