Lost Vape Therion DNA75 Latest firmware update help

Hello,
I just received this in the mail and I was wondering where do I download the latest firmware and what are the instructions on installing it on a windows 10 pc?

The current release is on the DNA 75 product page https://www.evolvapor.com/products/dna75 or you can try early versions at the link in my footer, but both are the same fw version for the 75 at the moment.

what exact link is for the firmware and what are the exact steps updating it I dont want to brick it. I have only updated Smoktech Mods before and you have to take the batteries out of those before upgrade, so this is my first time with this brand. Thanks for the quick response

Don't worry you can't brick them, the fw update process had been designed to be recoverable. 3rd section on the product page "Click Here to Download Escribe".  Just install, connect your DNA (with or without batteries both work) and it should ask you if you want ot update the fw if it not already up to date, you can force it to update the fw by clicking apply service pack in the tools menu as well.

The version of fw the device is running is shown in the bottom left of Device Monitor BTW.  Enjoy your new mod!

i am having trouble unlocking it i keep hitting the button 5 times and it keeps saying locked. how do i unlock it lol

i opened the program and it is not prompting me to update it anywhere. which part of the program do i go to to update?

The number of lock clicks is configurable, 5 is the default, you set it on the theme tab and it will still connect to EScribe if it locked.  Don't forget to upload settings to device after making changes in EScribe.

i get that i changed it to 3 but when i click 3 times it still says device is locked.. i cant get it to say device is unlocked. also not seeing where to download the latest firmware

It is more likely to be 5 clicks, watch the screen as you do it the display will change when it locks or unlocks.

sorry so many questions I just dont see where the update firmware is it never poped up asking me to update it

The latest fw version for the DNA75 is 2016-06-05. Open Device Monitor with device connected and look in the bottom right corner for the fw version... If your device is new I suspect it has the latest fw already installed.

Your fw is up to date then, the version of fw the device is running is shown in the bottom left of Device Monitor, this shows the latest version.
