You should be able to apply the attached firmware by downloading it, going to Tools -> Apply Service Pack and clicking File. Then, browse to the file and select it.
(It also fixes a startup glitch where it would fade the screen brightness in before the screen had been painted.)

when i applied this service pack i lost battery percentage off my main screen and the imagine to display used for firing and the time still doesn't show up in my lock screen

i have two DNA60C Stubby 21's. now the black one is on the latest firmware and i've had to revert the other one to the previous firmware because if i update to the latest firmware it auto locks even if i select it not to auto lock in Escribe. the other device is completely fine on the latest firmware. also both stubby's don't show the time on the lock screen even when i add it via the theme builder.

I'm thinking of buying the new batch of Hussar Lore with the DNA60C chip but it says no usb port on the description. so how do you connect it to escribe if that's the case. ive watched a few reviews and none mention escribe at all and the regular DNA60 version doesn't mention escribe. by looking at the non DNA and the colour DNA body types don't seem to have a port on them. so do you think that you need to dismantle it every time you want to update setting via escribe or is there no usb port at all on the board its self.

well , i bought another 80C to rule out if i had a faulty pin and 2 new RBA'S and my custom threaded drip tips work no problems. as soon as i reverted back to the RBA'S i had originally same problems i had returned. so if you cant get replay to work with an RBA try a flushnut for a better connection.

if anyone reads this in the future the solution is simple but rather annoying , you have to use a flush nut to get that much downforce to make replay work . drip tips of the screw in kind wont work or be 100% what the pin needs for contact between the boro tank and device.

UPDATE ! . i had a brain fart and i completely forgot the SAN AIO came with the stock coil option shift boro tank and im pleased to say REPLAY is working just fine. so thank god its not the mod i don't need to RMA it and we can now say the Voltrove RBA and the Meson RBA do not work with replay on the DNA80C. Happy days now !!!

only way to check my RBA''s i do have is to buy another and hope im not that unlucky to have bought 2 devices randomly with the same fault .. lol. so if the new one acts the same it must be the RBA and not the device

unfortunately not I'm having a clear out and I've sold any other RBA i did have. but I've a billet box and in the DNA60 they both work in temp mode and the same coils work with replay in my 250C. this is happening on the SAN AIO DNA80C

top screen replay not set , bottom screen replay set . nothing but fresh air and the atomizer error message

I don't have either of those RBA's and also never encountered that issue in 6 months of using the 80C, even using Ni80 and Kanthal in Replay and about 6 different RBAs. I don't think it's a board issue, more a device issue. VC should definitely be interested to know or Evolv might figure out what's wrong and inform VC.
One question, did you move 'warmth' to 5 or did it come like that?
i set it to 5 probably experimenting , i think its set at 1 as standard as the advice on allowing compatibility with allow on unlikely coils

i can only see live ohms when replay isn't set. as soon as set reply after the first puff , the live ohm's show but briefly disappears as it says check atomizer so unable to capture

Or, can you remove the boro, reboot device, put the boro back in, monitor some of your puffs and ONLY looking at live and cold ohms, do you ever see live > cold. If Yes, try to enable replay at that point.
followed your instructions and here are the results. the rba is a voltrove , it also happed in the stream crave meson boro tank . same results

ok will do , the place i bought it from have sold out of the colour i have so that's probably going to be a hassle as id want the same colour back .. lol
i was going to buy another anyway before i noticed this , it happened from the very first day but i was using just normal kanthal wire and i thought i will try again with SS coils in it to make sure and it did it again. why I'm here now. might have a word with Vaperz Cloud see if they will swap it even though i didn't buy it direct form them. then if that fails i will open a ticket but i will know for sure if i buy another in the meantime.

posting 2 pics here one labeled wattage and the other replay when its supposed to be firing in replay mode but i get check atomiser message and i get nothing

everything is working up to the bottom photo you have shown, when i press fire again i get check atomizer constant , let go of the fire button it say ready again. i have to move the select click the replay icon and disable and it fires back into wattage. I've hard rebooted the device , applied the service pack , restored defaults , changed themes and it acts the same no matter what i do

Have i found a bug ?
Cant seem to get replay to work at all , i get the ready text when i enable it nothing , disable replay i get wattage again. I'm using SS fused Clapton's and before that i had fused Clapton wire in it.
any suggestions.

seem so , just limits it for me , id of preferred something like the DNA75C and customise anything i wanted without being tired to one colour. sure change the icons and then use the colours tab to set them a colour you want. that means you cant have a green replay icon and a red setting icon. plus you cant set the ohms txt a different size to the rest of the menu. i hope the developers add more functionality in the future

i figured it out i think , ok the picture set is for black and white files only , no colour if your going to change the image to say a different settings icon. then if you want the settings icon blue you go to the next tabs colour and pick blue but it changes all the picture images blue. you cant just upload a setting icon that is blue or a green replay icon. its all controlled by the colour tab

that's just the thing , that display tab you can change setting icon etc. but the new image doesn't does not show up when loading settings back to the device under pictures tab

Everything you can move or change is on that 'Display' tab
To answer your question direbtly, there is no feature lock in any theme for any board. If you give more details like type of system, someone might test it and reply.
I'm here for the same thing , just bought a SAN AIO DNA80C - it connects to escribe no problems but it wont open in theme designer. it doesn't even register the device is plugged in, so theme designer wont load. I've also notice you can change the graphics like settings symbol and replay symbol and so on. but when i do change them from escribe they don't alter at all. accept the graphics they are suppose to replace degrade a little. I've checked file property and bit depth and that seems to be like the original set of symbols. it appears that theming isn't available as of yet

well having a chat with Vaperz Cloud who was very helpful and the guy from SV, all i can put this down to a gremlin in the software. i opened up 2 escribes and my DNA without issue copied over to the escribe setting to the HOG that fired on its own for some reason and all that was different was temp was Fahrenheit instead of Celsius and ever since then I've had no issues with the HOG. whether someone can make sense out of that because i cant.

By the way, did you ever investigate why the HOG theme crashes? It is a low priority for me, but I am still curious. I was hoping my second HOG would have a working theme, but no such luck.
i think the original theme is broken , somebodies has not checked it when doing the theme for it.

Bill, I just looked it up, over there 😉 while complaining about my 2 POS Paranormals. It was Jan 5, 2019, my 4s Lipo running SP38 I said "I have 2 Non C LiPO's that maintain their voltages for weeks. My one 4S LiPO Color mod drains about 3% over a 24 hour period of not being used." Which was only .1V per cell.
Now that we know of that long period before sleep, I still run the latest firmware so the mod doesn't re-read all working parameters like SP33 has to.
i have another bit to add , its definitely wired up wrongly because I've just changed the batteries and without noticing i put 3 batteries in facing positive up and one positive down by mistake , shut the door and it powered up saying 3% battery life and i thought I've only just charged these and had another look and its then i noticed 3 facing positive it shouldn't powered up at all. anyway put them the right way and i got full charge showing but no auto fire this time. so Mr vaperz cloud has soldered it wrongly somehow. but im using it at the moment and it doesn't have issue being used its just when i come to change the batteries.

i don't think this is normal but after i loaded the new firmware it fixed the missing battery percentage and my personal fire picture that went missing on the other firmware. but i still don't get the time on the lock-screen. plus everytime i try to upload a theme or reapply the theme it doesn't get halfway until it goes back to the main firring screen , like it doesn't load completely. but it doesn't autollock now
