Hi everyone,

I’ve been checking many threads about the “fill pod” warning on the Oxva Pro 2 DNA. Most people seem to have the opposite problem — they get frequent “fill pod” messages even when the pod still has plenty of liquid.

But my device is the other way around. I’m using the SS coil, and when I insert the pod it shows “anti burn,” but I never get any “fill pod” warning at all. Because of that, I’ve already burned two pods.

I’ve read a lot of replies and checked my settings in Escribe. Under Safety → Fill Pod, the feature is enabled, and I even set it to “High.”

So my question is:

Could this be a chip/firmware issue?

My firmware version is 1.1 SP125.1 INT.

Any help or insight would be appreciated🫶

You should update to the latest version (last post). Link in my signature line. I've never had that issue with any pod and you missed it could be a coil issue.
