EScribe won't recognize two devices (dna 25 and 250c)

Hey there! Clearly I am new here, as I can't even figure out how to make my computer recognize my devices. Also, I'm having an incredibly hard time identifying the firmware my devices (Thelema Nano and Elite) are running, but I think I figured it out. Yes, I have looked through these forums and I apparently just can't figure it out. I have tried messing with my Windows settings as well, so I'm not really sure what I am doing wrong. Anyways, any help would be appreciated.

Regarding the DNA25, it is not EScribe capable so it will not connect to a computer. The DNA250C will connect to a computer, Try using a different cable and a recent  issue of EScribe. 

Once connected to EScribe open Device Monitor tab, firmware version will be in the bottom right corner.

What DNA250C do you own, and can you post a photo of the main screen showing watts set at 20 or 30 watts.

I kinda figured that my Mini (DNA 25) wouldn't work, so thanks for the confirmation that it won't. I made sure that the version of the program was up to date, I tried every cable I have, tried all of my USB inputs, and I updated all of my drivers for my computer. I tried rebooting it and hoping it would recognize the device upon startup. I have a Lost Vape Thelema Nano, which I believe is running 250c. The max wattage of my device as of now is 25, but I have attached a photo of it at 20. I feel like such an idiot for not being able to figure this out, so thanks for a response

If it is this one it is not powered by an Evolv DNA board so it will not connect to EScribe.
