EScribe Not Detecting Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA

Hi, I want to ask something about my problem (or maybe someone's else too, since I haven't found any solution for this exact problem)
So, I have an Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA device, and I wanna customize it using the EScribe for Oxva
But, the software says "No compatible USB device are connected

This is really weird for me, because like 3 or 4 months earlier, when I customized it for the first time, it worked just fine and I can customized it back then
and now, I want to do another customization (with the same Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA (v.111.2) device and same PC) the software give me a pop up tab (as you can see on the attached picture)
so basically I can't do anything to customize my Oxva device
but when I tried to customize my friend's Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA with the same PC and cable of mine, it worked just fine, so I think it's the device's problem

Yes, I already tried changing the USB cables, switching the ports, reboot the device by holding the power button for around 15 secs and nothing worked
Maybe someone have/had the same problem and already fix this issue can tell me how to fix this problem

I’m having exactly the same problem no matter what I do.

I managed to connect and set up the Oxva Xlim for two days just once, and then I didn’t worry about connecting it at all for a long time (like a year). When I wanted to check my puff statistics after a long time, sync everything with my profile, and keep it up to date, I ran into the same problem.

My device doesn’t recognize any PC or Mac anywhere. I’ve always used the original cable, but I’ve also tried dozens of others (including a USB cable that came with a dock for connecting two SATA drives, so it’s 100% data-capable and functional), and the same thing happens with PCs and Macs—I’ve tried several computers, including ones with a completely clean system reinstall (PCs running Windows 10/11 and Macs running macOS 25/26/27), but with absolutely no success.

In Windows, Device Manager says the device wasn’t recognized.

Zkusil jsem poslední verze z escribe suite z tvého podpisu. Zkusil jsem verzi pro Mac i pro Windows, ale ani na jedné platformě bohužel žádná změna  Stále hlásí "No compatible USB devices are connected." 
Zkoušel jsem to opět s několika kabely včetně originálního dodávaného. Na mé oxvě je aktuálně fw v111.2.

Zkusil jsem koupit i druhý, oxva xlim pro 2 s DNA čipem a ani toto úplně nové zařízení není rozpoznáno
Není možné něco provést rovnou na zařízení? Nějaký reset nebo něco? 
Co s tím? Nemá někdo funkční driver pro windows, nebo čím to může být?
