Hi, I’m having exactly the same problem no matter what I do. I managed to connect and set up the Oxva Xlim for two days just once, and then I didn’t worry about connecting it at all for a long time (like a year). When I wanted to check my puff statistics after a long time, sync everything with my profile, and keep it up to date, I ran into the same problem. My device doesn’t recognize any PC or Mac anywhere. I’ve always used the original cable, but I’ve also tried dozens of others (including a USB cable that came with a dock for connecting two SATA drives, so it’s 100% data-capable and functional), and the same thing happens with PCs and Macs—I’ve tried several computers, including ones with a completely clean system reinstall (PCs running Windows 10/11 and Macs running macOS 25/26/27), but with absolutely no success. In Windows, Device Manager says the device wasn’t recognized. Please help me in any way you can! I'd really love to use Escribe's services! Thanks so much
