Death After Charging

Hi, been using OXVA Xlim pro 2 for around 3 months. This is the first time happened to me. After charging the device using the OXVA USB Cable that included inside the box, the device won't start at all. I already tried to press the power and replay button at the same time to turn on the device, I already try to charge it again but it didn't work and only shows blank screen nor LED lights. Need your advice, thanks in advance

You can try a hardware reboot on the device. (Remove the pod and disconnect from USB. Then hold the Fire button until it reboots. It should take about 10-15 seconds.)

Already try that method, but nothing happened. Is there any possibilities that the device going short circuit?

Just gotta ask. Using that same charger and cable in the same socket, will it show charging on a different device (phone, etc)?

Sure, it works normally on my other devices such as phone and my

 

 

pods. You may see it on the video i attached.

None of your 3 videos worked or showed up. I don't think if you click on them here they will show for you. AND THAT'S FINE AS I DIDN'T ASK FOR THEM, because I understood your words. In the future (what has worked for me) is use that 'choose files' option and you're done, nothing else to do. 🙂

i have the same problem with my oxva xlim 2 pro dna, after i put the device in charge (with the same charger that i used in the past and that i used for all my oxva device) the mod dont switch on. the strange stuff is that is recognize from escribe ....

If it works from EScribe, try opening Device Monitor. What does it say for its battery voltage? Are you able to fire with the Puff function from inside Device Monitor? (If so, the issue may be the screen.)

Hello, thanks for your answer , in attachment the screenshot of Device Monitor .4,16 ohm of resistance looks really stange   and not i cant fire with puff function in escribe: when i try appear one message "check atomizer"
