how to Dna60c install type c port

Recommended Posts

How can I help when that IS NOT an Evolv product?

Find the pin layouts on line, or ask the manufacturer. This is now the third connector you are inquiring about, what happened with the connector from a few days ago?

Temporary solution: unstable, but usable

oh god. This burns my eyes to see. Please, nobody do this. how expensive is a replacement evolv charging board?

I have a 250C so idk what they cost, however, I know it can't be that much that you should run janky as this pic. Not even any type of protective measure from shorting on the pins against each other? I wouldn't run something this janky and sketchy for money.

No solder mask over the points of connection? Not even any electrical tape to spare? Whew, God bless you sir.

There is an USB-C dongle to buy, just for use or Connect it to your PC, it works very well, it is called DNA60 / DNA60C / Billet box Update Dongle by Stealthvape....if you want to try it like that...maybe this helps.

I used electrical tape in practice, but I still don't recommend emulating this connection method.

Here is a schematic of a dongle that works with 60C. Only the 10K resistor is important, but a battery connection is required. I took a 3.5V stabilizer and assembled everything into a compact case. Spring-loaded contacts provide good contact with the board and do not require soldering.

Sorry buddy, I was having a laugh at your expense, that wasn't very mature of me. I know you know what your doing, I've seen you around these forums,I just hope this guy that can't get as simple as a type c PCB doesn't emulate you. It requires skill to be sketchy and not blow up!
