Evolv Support Ticket Response Time

This doesn't necessarily apply only to the DNA 60 but Evolv as a whole:

In the past when I have submitted tickets, they have generally replied within 24 business hours. My latest ticket was submitted about 4 days ago with no response yet.

Anyone have an idea why this may be? I hope it's not a sign that Evolv is closing up shop?.....

I just recently had a ticket resolved in sort order....  they have been great for over the ten years + that I've been around DNA's....If you don't hear from them in a few dsys start another ticket.... that's all...
