Vertical line of broken pixels on screen

I've had my DNA 250C device for a little while now and it's been nice. A few days ago when I looked at the screen I noticed a vertical line of pink pixels in the middle (or near the middle) of the screen, but it went away when I pressed down lightly on the screen. Now it's here to stay. The color seems to change based on what the screen is displaying. Sometimes it's pink, white or blue.

It's past the return window so I'm stuck with it unless the vendor wants to be nice. This is really disappointing for such an expensive board and device to have a problem like this when I've never had anything similar happen on much cheaper devices in the past.

Is this a common problem, and if so, how can I fix it?

No it isn't. I have over 90 DNA mods and not a single one had a screen issue. Although I do hear of a case now and then.

But I would follow @retird advice.
