Any help is much appreciated because I can't use this device due to fire button failsafe. Will not turn on unit. Month and a half old unit. retird Posted December 22, 2018 Report Share Posted December 22, 2018 Download the INT install exe file for EScribe from this link to your COMPUTER...... https://www.evolvapor.com/escribe Install EScribe to your computer.... open EScribe and connect your device to the computer.... if there is a newer firmware update (Service Pack) you will see a message (usually in blue letters on my computer) that there is an update... click on that to install...
