a_sane3 Posted July 19, 2018 Report Share Posted July 19, 2018 Hi i have new dna 250c boxer squonk befor 4 day i try to charge it and it does not charged i charge the battery in external charger then when i install the batteries i can not unlock the device it shows 2 stars then stop i try to reboot it gave me reboot issue error what i have to do plz help any thing i can do ? DeadMan Posted July 20, 2018 Report Share Posted July 20, 2018 Connect to a different USB port and open Escribe. Choose 'Restore default settings'. Go to the Tools menu and choose 'Diagnostics', 'Reboot device' then 'Hard reboot. Also under the 'Options' menu make sure 'Automatically check for service packs' is ticked.
