DRA80
So, I just got my first DNA device with the 250C chip. I downloaded the US version of ESCRIBE for Mac. I went to open the application and nothing. It bounces around in the dock for several seconds and then just goes away. I’m the administrator account for the computer but still nothing. No warnings or error messages at all. I occasionally see the ecig stats program running but it goes away without warning as well. I feel like this is just a simple fix but I can’t seem to figure out how to fix it. Any help is is greatly appreciated.

Downloaded again and I get the same issue. It's very strange. It seems as though it wants to open, but just bounces around and goes away. Any other suggestions are appreciated. Thank you retird for your suggestion.
DRA80
So, I got the program to open by setting up a root user/ super user account. It opens right up. Now, when I try to plug in my mod, it’s doesnt recognize the device. Troubleshooting problem #2....any more suggestions out there?
James
What version of MacOS are you running? You shouldn't need to do any of that. Try this from a Terminal: /Applicatons/"EScribe Suite.app"/Contents/MacOS/Main.app/Contents/MacOS/RunProgram It should run and if it doesn't launch properly, give an error. What error do you get? Thanks! James

Thanks! James James.....sorry for such a delay. I attempted running the program from terminal and no luck. It says the program doesn’t exist. Again it works fine as a system administrator.
