Hello,

is it normal that Time and Date resets after the batterys removed ?
Think it saves Time and Date, but when i remove battery and it didnt save it makes no sense -.-

Should save time and date long enough to change batteries. Will reset if batteries are out to long. Connecting to Escribe & opening 'Device Monitor's will reset to current time & date!

Ok thx for reply, think first i put batterys into mod after getting it, there was time and date set -.- don't understand.
And other is then i connect to escribe and open device monitor it will show 04/12/16, have set it to 2017 ?

Double check the time & date on your computer... the board gets that info from the computer when you open Device Monitor...

hm have check it, its up to date. i use win10. language english, escribe langauge english too. have check my antivirus (bitdefender) too that it didnt block... dont understand.

So, you are unable to get the right time on the device?  Try this:

In Device Monitor go to Diagnostics and click on "update clock" then click OK to the box that opened.  Upload settings to the device.  If this still doesn't get you there please post a copy of your Theme file (.ecigtheme) or of your .ecig file so we can look at it....

hm when i set my time & date on computer to 2018 it will sync it to 2017 -.- ...here are my .ecigtheme and .ecig files
have use EScribe Suite 2.0 SP9 and DNA 75 Color (firmware 1.1 SP27).

There is something wonky in that theme....I loaded that theme into mine & am seeing the same issue...have you tried a different theme?

Interestingly, I switched back to the theme I had in it originally & now it is still doing the same thing...never had an issue with it before...

Yup..and if I try to manually reset the year, on the device, it won't accept 2017 & keeps bumping back to 2016

At first time of use the mod have set time and date. It haven’t battery’s in and save it. 

Since after updates there still problems with this and theme.
