HELP!!Finder 167 preheat can't be change

i buy new finder 167, from factory setting on preheat 30watt and i try change with escribe.sucses change on software but on mod preheat still on 30watt. I try all material setting and all wire include ss316,but it not work. that any solution for my problem?? please help...thanks before

After changing setting in EScribe did you upload the settings to the device?

yes i do that...but still no work,change theme sucses and all setting...only preheat change always not work on mod

Is your preheat value greater than the power setting in that profile?

on profile1 escribe i set 70w for preheat and 60w for power then i upload setting,is that wrong?

but on device work 30w preheat and 60w power ....if i firing feel delay

Sounds good. Preheat > Power.

There you get NO preheat, just power

yup..if i firing always start 30w then up 60w according to power settings
