independently charging batterg out of the mod

So I want to carry a backup battery with me, but I need an independent charger for charging it without it being in the mod.
Would any balance charger work from an rc shop? Or are there special chargers for 3s lipo's?

Any lipo charger with a balance port will work. I use a SkyRC Imax B6 charger once in a while but it's just easier for me to charge them in the mod.

Out of interest KTMRider? Why ever use the IMAX if it's easier in the mod? Is it to try and keep the battery in better health or the usb port?
