reganbranch
I would like to build a box similar to this video, but not sure what the size will be like with the different battery. I want to put the screen in the front with a transparent door on the hammond.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imjogB0rejA
VapingBad
It looks like a 1590A, but you would have to use a extended 3D printed cover it that with a reasonable battery, I made one with the screen on the side using the original lid a sheet of perspex would fit as well link. macz
Fullymax 900mah 30C, MaxAmps 800mah 40C and Turnigy 950mah 25C(dremel work needs for particular lipo) will fit in 1590A. Mamu made a tutorial for DNA200 1590A but side panel instead of front. http://www.mamumods.com/tutes/dna200faceplate-howto.pdf

reganbranch
is the battery's mah tripled because they're 3 cells
VapingBad
reganbranch said:is the battery's mah tripled because they're 3 cells Yes, but really should work our Watt Hours which are capacity in Ah x nominal voltage so 3.7 V batteries have higher Wh than 3.6 V for the same capacity, the LiPos the DNA200 takes are 11.1 V. But as they are in series and haver higher current rating than 18650 more of the power is usable so a bit better than 3 times.
reganbranch
what does the c mean? I.e. 30c 25c 40c
macz
what does the c mean? I.e. 30c 25c 40c

C in C Rating stands for capacity. To break it down to its simplest terms, the C rating is the maximum safe continuous discharge rate of a pack. If you see 10C on your battery, it means it can be discharged at 10 times that pack's capacity. Capacity refers to the milliamp-hour rating of the battery, which will be listed as a number followed by mAh (2000mAh, for example). Here's the easy way to find your battery's discharge rate just multiply the number from the C rating by the pack's capacity. Keep in mind that 1000 milliamps equals one amp. Here's an example, using an 11.1V 2000mAh 10C11.1 volt 2000mAh -10C2000 milliamps = 2 amps 2 Amps x 10 = 20 amps continuous discharge
