Display stuck. Buttons unresponsive.

The buttons are unresponsive. Trying to unlock and display says "check atomizer". Place atty on device and it does not fire.

Bare chip or in a mod?  Do all buttons move freely when you press them (feel a click and they return to normal)?

This chipset is in a Opus One DNA 200. Buttons are clicks and functional.

Can you fire it with EScribe?
Be careful though - if the issue is the same as mine it will auto fire after you upload settings to it - I would make sure you can take the atty off quickly (and probably best not to have it on as you upload/restart the device)

wojzilla, my device did autofire!!!   Now the battery is dead and will not charge.  I do not know what to do.  I do not know if this is an evolv issue or a opus issue.  Many thanks.

I've got a support case open with Evolv, I need to solder a battery back in (wasn't keen to leave one hooked up with device doing odd things) and get back to them with the output of Device monitor as it auto fires. Hoping to get time tonight.

Shame yours won't charge (mine appeared to be the same)
Did it also stay on like mine (ie wouldn't go to sleep) or change

Mine stayed on as well!  Buttons completely unresponsive.  And when i tried to charge it it would not charge so it is completely dead.  Do you have a contact email with Evolv?  I tried to PM the guy from Evolv on this forum but he has not responded.  Any help would be great.

Ahh snap! I opened a support ticket with them last night, maybe do the same - forums would get less of a priority over tickets
