bnitch
I found the best way to remove the fuse is to cut them off with wire snips then mix some regular solder in with what ever they are using ,then wick off excess to make a new pad. But I could be wrong..

retird
Could it have been a sound from a bad or loose connection sparking inside the device?

Scotty887
thanks for the earlier suggestion to what the weird cracking noise was ,it turned out to be the chip shorting out from one of its corners because of something to do with the fact it was running of 2 18650 and apparently it was trying to take a too higher voltage.shortly after my last post it stopped working and its due back from the shop tomorrow.
