  1. Has anyone else noticed the screen connectors are a little thinner than the old ones and cause them to be loser in the holder, Or is it my imagination.
  2. This is another board I have tried to hookup an off board switch to and it autofired till the screen froze or more like the board locked up. Could it be latest firmware? It also does the same thing with just the usb connected and no battery.
  3. I have been having problems using remote fire switch on multiple boards. I have removed the inside of on board switches and used the 2 upper fire switch holes to go to Mitech fire switch using 24awg silicone wire. But every oard I hook up this way acts like it is firing by itself. Do I need to put 100 ohm resister on the pads under switch?
  4. What does the board temp run lets say cold and under normal use with a tank 50 wats at 470 deg. I know it will differ just trying to see if one board I have is screwy.
  5. I am rerunning case analyzer to see if I ended up with bad setting last time.
  6. It just dropped 20 deg on room temp but still says board temp up at 96deg
  7. That temp was not after vaping been watching the news and having dinner. came back to room and that was the temp.
  8. I'm running out of patience 2 boards so far tonight. This one won't connect to computer or see the battery. Wood boxes so no shorts, re-flowed the solder on balance connector. I'm at a loss.
  9. At first when I installed battery in Mod it kept giving me Too Hot error even though it was first vape. Then it stopped that but its telling me in device mgr that it's 97 f in the room and the board is 98.2. it's just about 72 in the room really. And yes I reloaded firm ware and installed results from case analyzer.
  10. At least you know where the problem is.
  11. Or you could just use the minimum of 16awg, that fits fine.
  12. Same spot one burned on me. They will RMA. Just wish they would say what caused it.
  13. I thought I did plus pic. but have disconnected battery many time.
  14. I know I'm in the wrong place but this screen is on a dna40, no hard reset
  15. Tried another screen , just dots. I've got 3 dna 40's 2 large screen and one small and none of them work.
  16. I may have swapped a 200 screen with a dna 40 large screen is there a difference. All I am getting is dots and a Hi! message in the corner.
  17. I found the best way to remove the fuse is to cut them off with wire snips then mix some regular solder in with what ever they are using ,then wick off excess to make a new pad. But I could be wrong..
  18. Just what I was looking for, thank you for your effort.
  19. Good idea, but was hard to find one in the States. Finally did so ordered 2.
  20. I understand what you are saying and was trying to get that just right angle but was off and the wire was too stiff to far up. Oh well have to install a new fuse also.
  21. I was trying to insert the board into a Florio box and ended up lifting the battery neg pad. it didn't seem to break the trace so I have superglued it back down. My main concern is could it have also torn a neg trace going to the balance plug.
  22. I'm putting them in wood boxes so the Screws need to be flat head and I just need to find the right length of standoff's from inside face of box. Maybe I should have just said there are way more M2 standoff's than anything smaller.
