First dna200 build screen and onboard fire switch not working.

Friend just built his first dna200. The screen will not work at all. He hooked it up to escribe and it did link up. He can make it fire with the program but not with the onboard button. Any ideas??? Sorry if not enough info.

Yeh bad board, contact evolv . Send it back .

It could be the screen cable came loose and it is locked, may not be but that is one simple explanation.

would they not see that selected in escribe and select default settings,

first page on general tab, select restor defaults.
