Battery upgrade

I have found a few batteries I would like to try but the jst-xh plugs have either three red one black or three black one red which do I need? They will be wired the same, it is just how the manufacturer decoded to do it that day, black and red wires tend to be cheaper than other colours and they were likely just using up what they had most of for the middle 2 wire.

Ive seen thoes batterys with the carbon fiber look shell used in other 200watt devices as a standard fitment, cant put my finger on it at the moment..while on mobile
