Sboda2012
Have an sdna200 that will not charge on any cable that its connected to. I connected it to escribe and tried the recovery charge but one of the cells reads at 0.00v. Is it dead in the water or is there another way to jump start a charge? Thanks in advance
Spector NS5 RD
if usb recovery is not working, try a hard reboot from escribe then try a usb recovery. did the cell instantly go dead? 4.20-0.00 volts. what's your pack voltage? if a cell went from balanced with the others, to completely dead, sounds like something came loose, bad connection somewhere in the battery dept. opening up the smy s200 is not an easy task and ruins the carbon fiber panel covering the screws. Sboda2012
It was fine and then went unused for several weeks without charging. The pack reads at 6.0. Cell 1 is 0.00. Cell 2 is 2.20 and cell 3 is 3.8. Have tried hard reboot and then recocery charge and still no luck
VapingBad
Recovery charging has a safety time cut off so you may need to do it several times, but the flat cell might well be dead now.
Nick
If the cell is indeed completely flat it will likely need a new pack. SMY's US based repair can be reached at smyrepaircenter@gmail.com
