weak battery all the time

even 100% charge I get a weak battery error. when I hook it up to the device monitor the batteries all read the same except one has a minor more draw. but they equalize. I am running 3 2200 mah 3.7. any ideas?

Could be a weak connection, if it it a device using common ground wiring (no separate ground wire to the 510) try tightening the board mounting screws.

that is how i have it set up. my ground for the 510 came off so connected it to the ground on the board. any ideas on how to fix it? can i direct connect the main ground?

Common ground is fine you just need to make sure the board mounts & 510 ground have good clean & tight contact.  You could add aground wire from the board to the 510 or the case if you want, IMO that is probably best for DIY unless you have a well machined enclosure where the board and the 510 are both screw to the same bit of metal.

well the common ground sounded like a good idea, but it didnt work. still have a weak battery all the time, every cell @4.20 and still get error. any ideas?

Run Device Monitor in EScribe with each cell checked and see if the voltage sag when firing is equal for all 3 cells.

thank you. I have run the device monitor before. there had been a small difference in the draw , (like .02, .05 small) I didnt think that would be enough to trigger an error. but..

Have you got the Cell Soft Cut Off (Mod tab - Manufacture Settings) in EScribe set high? The default is 3.09 V.
