scruffypunkmonkey
If my VapeCige VTBox200 v4 device turned off, no longer charges, and is not recognized by escribe or my computer does this mean I would need to have RMA to get it possibly fixed? I am thinking about trying a new battery, but am holding off trying to find a cause and a fix... My device was running low on charge and when I plugged it into my laptop, it turned off and would no longer connect. I don't think it is the fuse as it doesn't connect. I'm at a loss... Thanks... VapingBad
The fuse on it own would not stop it connecting to the computer you can connect a board which is not connected to a battery or screen to EScribe.
scruffypunkmonkey
thanks, i was saying i'm pretty sure the problem wasn't just a fuse problem ,as even with a blown fuse you can connect to escribe. which mine will not. Thanks for trying to help though.
JTree
I highly recommend just contacting evolv. I had 2 boards die on me back to back, which would normally put a bad taste in my mouth for doing business with a company again, but the customer support was so fast and helpful that I am considering buying another board, just to support the company's bottom line.
