Unable to install escribe software for 75 watt version on windows 7 comptuers

on two computers it failed during the windows .net 4 installation and hung up while creating user profile. Just a never ending spinning wheel.

Should I use windows 10 if I can get ahold of it?

Are you installing .net 4 from the EScribe installation or from MS? Also what OS are you using? On my Win 7 machines it works faster than 10.
Your other post answered my questions.

I tried from both escribe and directly from MS. Its the same thing but the escribe download already includes those files. Same problem.

Well do you have to install .net 4 on a windows 10 computer? Im just wondering if I should talk to my mom for the first time in a while and be like i need to install software to program my ecig which she probably in her head is 100% sure is a crack pipe. Anyway. Yeah. I just want to get it working its a bummer man. I also ordered tha tcopper 510 pin from the guy who was selling them on here and so far it still hasnt shipped in a week

Try running the installer as an administrator it may have a folder permission issue seeing that it is stalling creating a profile, you should be able to do this by right-clicking the setup.exe file.
