Any one know if u can change the charge speed threw escribe or is set at .5 amp

most computers are default charge out of usb .5 amp, but like scarab says if youve got a 1 amp charger you will do it twice as quick, there are some realy poor chargers about these days, i would recomend a mobile phone charger..

Yes you can lower the charge speed (or turn it off) if you want through EScribe. The secret is in the Device Monitor and that Diagnostics button. See where it says Set USB Current Limit. To reset it back to default, select Reset USB Current Limit.

yes what black lace said I thought I had a good phone charger till I set my DNA 200 to show amps when charging actually one of my older phone charger work better it will charge right at 1 amp till charged some of my others .5 /.75 big difference in charge time after looking at my board temperature it's hot in Florida today ac is having hard time keeping the home cool
