my friend in Russia trying to fix dna200 board. sending it back will cost more then  a price of new board. this part has no markings.
on photo broken component sits on the left of screen connector

It's and inductor, but I've not seen one with the value written on it which your friend would need to know and ther is no guarantee that it is the only faulty component, it is just a wire coil and unlikely to fail on it's own.  I would recommend opening a ticket with Evolv.

VB is correct. something caused that inductor (a component responsible for charging the batteries) to overheat and short out. most likely it's supporting components are damaged as well. you could email evolv and ask what value the inductor is. you MIGHT get lucky and find a suitable replacement that will work, if nothing else is damaged. were you trying to charge a severely damaged battery or something like a loose screw, solder blob, or metal shavings inside the mod? i would email evolv either way.
