yacik89 Posted December 27, 2016 Author Report Posted December 27, 2016 Whenever I fire the the device and leave it, the device powers off and shows Error up to continue error and powers off itself. There must be a way to disable auto idle.
retird Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 Which device do you have? Can you post a picture of the screen showing this message?
black lace Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 Have you had that from second hand, if so i would connect it to escribe and reset to factory settings and start again.
yacik89 Posted December 28, 2016 Author Report Posted December 28, 2016 This one is a brand new Hcigar VT75 Nano. It was like this since opening the pack. I did all those and didn't change anything.
black lace Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 Am mobile at the moment but can only think of the top of my head is a button snagging, or a petty short (small particl inside).
yacik89 Posted December 28, 2016 Author Report Posted December 28, 2016 Will have a look at it. Thanks for help.
black lace Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 Obviously disconnect the battery and give it a good blow out, the tinyest strand could booger it up.
yacik89 Posted December 28, 2016 Author Report Posted December 28, 2016 I did it and no effect on the error.
black lace Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 I havnt seen that message on anything beffor. Thats why i said reset it, just incase someone has applied it as a custom screen and theyr messing around, because it doesnt look like authentic font either ,, send it back its new..
yacik89 Posted December 28, 2016 Author Report Posted December 28, 2016 No board has its original serial number I checked already. Everything is original but board i think has some problems.
black lace Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 Oh ok, perhaps a pic to the same detail to the one above showing what you said then.
Spirometry Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 I've seen that error before. I believe it more of a software glitch than a hardware problem.Try reflashing the firmware or loading up a evolv default ecig file.
yacik89 Posted December 28, 2016 Author Report Posted December 28, 2016 I've tried all those files that come with Escribe software. Are there any specific file that would help me ? There are 2 files on dna75 folder. I tried them. I also used factory defaults. they didn't help.
black lace Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 No , i know you said that first off, a dead flat battery wont be helping, Can you put it in wattage mode and press the down button and power it right down to one watt, hold it there and see if it reads on screen a serial genuine part number.
black lace Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 Because its new, Think it will have to go back to the merchant you got it from..
