Hana V200 pre production resistance issues

So i got this V200 second hand. The guy selling it said it was like new and he really didn't use it. When i got it I hooked it up to Escribe and sure enough it had just under 300 puffs. So i put my Kayfun lite plus V2 on it and hit the fire button. i got the check atomizer screen. I tried taking the Kayfun off and putting it back on, still nothing. i opened it up to find the wire from the 510 had come off at the board. I soldered it back on and put it back together. After that it was working like a champ for months. Then one day out of the blue it was reading the resistance way higher than it was. i tried anything I could think of to get it to read the resistance properly again. This included taking the whole thing apart and taking the board out of the box. I cleaned everything with 90% rubbing alcohol, board mount screw holes and screws and the contact pads in the box and on the board. After all of that I'm still getting high resistance readings. At this point I'm asking for any info that may help me out with this thing. I really like the mod itself and want to get it working again. Thanks in advance for any help.

P.S. sorry for the novel.

The ground points in the box are freshly cleaned with 1000 grit sand paper on a pencil eraser. The ground pads on the board were cleaned with rubbing alcohol. I've got everything I can see grounded rock solid. I'm just hoping someone can shed some new light on the subject. I feel like I'm to close to the problem maybe.

Ok. I got to the root of the problem. I was able to unscrew the 510 out of the body of the mod. That is definitely where the problem was. The threads of the 510 and the threads in the mod were both really gunked up. Used rubbing alcohol and qtips to clean all the crap out of the threads on both the 510 and the mod. Put it all back together and it is reading the resistance perfect and staying rock solid. Hopefully this might help someone down the road.
