Battery gauge

So I built a dna 250 in the silo-950 case and used a venom fly 800 3s 30c battery, since I've had good luck with their batts in rc. Ran 4 charge/discharge cycles on my hobby charger before installing, then ran the battery analyzer once installed. It came up with 8.405wh due to 1 cell losing performance under 3.5v. (contacting venom on monday, hopefully chopping connector off didn't void warranty.) Anyways, I accepted those results for my battery and now the indicator shows empty while pack voltage is still 11.82, and all cells show 3.94. Any clue?

Check the value for 3.94 V in the battery curve is not low, but also allow a full cycle or two to let the gauge sync.

After several cycles, gauges is pretty close, need to run analyzer again, as battery seems to be performing better. (warranty went out the window with the connector)
