Shiny or matte screens

Why doesn't Evolv pick a standard for their screens? I have mods with both the glossy and matte finished screens. They should pick one style and stay with it. Personally, I've grown fond of the glossy screens. IMO, they look better.

see i'm the opposite, i prefer the matte screen. i save all my matte screens that still work. i find the matte finish slightly diffuses the light from the pixels making for smoother looking characters on the screen. not like the glossy where the individual pixels are more pronounced. and somewhat more fingerprint resistant.  

i think it's just two different suppliers. individually, maybe each is too small of a company to provide the quantity of screens that Evolv needs, so Evolv just orders from both.

Evolv sources their screens from several sources and some device makers also place screen covers over them so you get what you get depending on the device.......
