Doblos
Hello All / Evolv, I will describe the problems found in my new therion 166W DNA 250, Until today it has worked correctly without any problem.. but since yesterday, I'm observing on the screen that the battery indicates to be empty, when turns on the mod the screen shows check battery. Description of the problem (check battery): Investigating the problem... I am observing in the Device Monitor the cell 1 has only (0.01V) voltage constant and the cell 2 marks constant too 5.2V, I have checked the Batteries (2 sony vtc6) are correctly loaded in another mod. I tried to exchange them but without success, I have verified that the batteries are working correctly in other mod, When I disconnect the mod from usb / electrical grid it goes in the off state. Any ideas?, Someone has happened to this same ?, what can I do? Attached screenshots of state.

txmonkey214
Hi, I had the same happen, just last week. It was sitting on the charger, overnight. Nick at evolv said it's likely the daughter board/usb went south. My takeaway from this is I will never charge batteries via usb, again. I have two external chargers. So, there's no need. I'm waiting for the 200, or 250C to come out. After that, my last surviving escribe mod will be my backup mod.

Try contacting the vendor you purchased it from or Lost Vape at one of the links in post #

I want to send my mod in for repairs, but I've owned this mod for over a year, and I can't find the receipt. Contacting lostvape is becoming a bit stressful. Just out of curiosity, do you know if having the receipt is a priority? I can try contacting the store I purchased it from, but I have no clue if they still have my purchase on record. Anyway, cheers.
