ivansn Posted February 13, 2017 Author Report Posted February 13, 2017 Accidentally I changed battery setting from Lithium polymer to Power Supply mode. But when I try to change back to lithium polymer setting with general battery settings (11.1 Wh, 2-cell, 3.09V cutoff) then upload settings, still cannot charge and display battery check everytime I press firing button.Try downgrading to SP3 or SP5a firmware still do not work. What should I do?
dwcraig1 Posted February 13, 2017 Report Posted February 13, 2017 What does eScribe show for cells 1 & 2 voltage?

dwcraig1 Posted February 14, 2017 Report Posted February 14, 2017 Sorry to tell you but the board is the problem.

ivansn Posted February 14, 2017 Author Report Posted February 14, 2017 how can I send to Evolv? Open ticket first or how?

ming Posted April 20, 2017 Report Posted April 20, 2017 I switch the place of two batteries and it display the same thing. And both batteries work in my other mod (evic vtwo mini) I use LG HG2
giz_60 Posted April 20, 2017 Report Posted April 20, 2017 All your settings look ok but seeing the 4.91v on cell #2 is a good indication that there is a problem with the device...if it is still in warranty, you might contact the vendor you bought it from or email Hcigar at...service@hcigar.com

Ha Ha !, evolv - thanks. did you charge the cells inside or outside the mod? contact the vendor about a replacement since it has only been 3 days.
sok Posted May 7, 2017 Report Posted May 7, 2017 Before breaking, I charged the batteries inside. The seller is a private person who bought the device from someone in the United States ) 30 dollar devices do not have such problems.
Spector NS5 RD Posted May 7, 2017 Report Posted May 7, 2017 the board inside of the mod is covered under warranty for 1 year by Evolv. open a help ticket and explain your situation. they can help you. the link is located in the bottom of my signature.
