  2. Ok. I believe it was because I had too low of ohms (.2) and even tho batt level said 37% the batt volt was around 3.5 so guess that was the issue. But it's weird because sometimes it would fire
  3. I just got a boxer 100c. But having issue's. Main one is, I'll have it set at 60wts but sometimes it fires at 32wts. I don't see any 100c threads
  4. Ty Wayneo.. I figured it out🤣 That 000 watts under the boost bar is for T.C.. Cant believe i missd that.. It is my 1st dna.. Most vids i seen really didnt show that.. Just a escribe tutorial.
  5. And with Punch bar all the way up doesn't change the vape at all😞
  6. I tried & cant get the 000watts to change. I can only move the "punch bar" but not watts under the bar..
  7. I can move boost bar Up&Down but its at 0 watts.. Cant seem to change the boost watts..
  8. Hi there.. Just received my 1st dna. 250c.. Am i able to adjust power boost without escribe? I see the power boost on screen but doesn't work🤔 any help would be appreciated. ty..

  10. Since its a board issue Evolv is responsible.. But evolv is in u.s & only took 1 week to send & receive!! Hope all goes well for ya!
  11. Mine died within 1 month. But evolv is very fast!! I think they responded like 36hrs later... But dont worry they'll fix ur Device....
  12. Received my Orion back yesterday on a Sunday! They sent it Priority.. Only took 1wk to send & receive! Thats Awesome customer service!! Ty Evolv/Nick

  14. I started return process by messaging Evolv via Instagram.. They got right back to me with RMA link..
  15. Yea around 30,000 units need fixed. Theyre not Broke!! Mine is on its way back from Evolv now.. Only took lil over 1 week total to send it & receive it back.. Im in PA so its fast for me since Evolv in Ohio.
  16. Hi all.. I had to make a RMA form & send my orion to evolv.. Happy i did so they can fix issue for me. Evolv customer service (Nick) is awesome & got ball rolling FAST!! Ty Evolv
