Hi have swapped over batteries which are nearly new and a 20700 new with the mod fully charged and charged through the usb never shows more than 98% any ideas?

Hi just got this lost vape mirage dna75c firmware 1.1 sp33.2 dont think this is the latest. Can anyone tell me how to update the lost vape firmware i think its running version 2 on the website? Seen a firmware file but not sure how to update. Thanks
