  1. Perhaps those small membranes inside your tactile needs a cleanse or replacement, tactiles have more cycles than vandalswitches but check it as you can open them but gently
  2. Heads up for anyone whom might have bought this.Battery installed is mislabeled @ 1800mAh, it discharges here @ only 1221milliamps.. weight and measurements matches "lion Powers" 1500mAh battery and can be found on ebay for $10 in case anyone needs to replace it, several here in sweden needs to at least hence some arrived depleted or with ruined cells which can be very dangerous.
  3. It's great and easy to assemble but not sure how to fix their 510 just yet so that was brutal move indeed
  4. Disassembled one unit, one drop of glue and 18gauge at 510, not sure if that will pose any problems but if anyone decides to replace 510 cables they also superglued 510 inserts so needs to be torched out and of course unusable after that, (16 / 14 gauge as reference)
  5. 510 gauge looks kinda weak too, 20,18 gauge?, only thing missing in that video is this guy blowing up his lipo hence they soldered male connector on the batteryside
  6. I restored my board and software with latest firmware and pushed my board up a little bit from case.. still 0.09 charging and runs hot so can't really charge my battery anymore or longer than a few minutes before current drops, luckily i have an external lipocharger as well so I could charge it quickly after analyzing Current board temp is 145F
  7. Can see my exact timestamps in this image between installations, ran first firmware for a few days and upgrading when new builds to avail.
  8. It ran a few hours until it stopped, I'm currently lifting my board up a little bit so it doesn't rest flat at surface, can at least try and see
  9. Case analyzer results and differences compared to default settings, I will try and lift/mount my board up a millimeter or so from my casing and see if that helps
  10. In small enclosures you would like XT30 very much, a sizecomparison below, 14awg stranded wire might be to big soldering but 16/18awg will work just nicely by default with XT30.
  11. That part also gets warm by just vaping without charging but gets even warmer while charging.
  12. My wattage usually at 25-30watts and past two days board getting warm like this so could be an update but I'm not sure. This part in particular gets warm, if I take a puff while charging sensor kicks in and lowers charging to 0.09, then I have to wait and unplugging my battery seems to help for it to reset. But will try the case analyzer, should I set USB current to 0 in diagnostics while doing so?
  13. Running these now SetupES_2015-07-16.exe / 2015-07-16.sw-update But have switched back to earler builds & firmware afterwards but doesn't seem to help, will try case analyzer in the morning and give my board a good cleanse as well and see if that helps
