  1. The latest versions have not been released to the updater yet, you can get them here for manual update if you want ... /topic/66731-topic/
  2. +1 from me also. My old eyes can barely make out the small left side displays without glasses. I would really like to choose what to display in large font on the right side.
  3. Similar thing happened to me, had to get it repaired by vendor. Worth checking connections inside and trying to force a reboot by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery if you can, otherwise if escribe won't talk to it I don't know what else you can do but send it back.
  4. Yes this is how the VS 200s seem to work - dim red during charge and no green at the end. Shame, I liked the way it worked on the rDNAs better.
  5. I think the shark is designed for battery replacement at its end of life, not frequent swaps. Everything is very tight in there and the soldering to the bullet connectors will likely not survive repeated disconnects.
  6. Not sure what you were expecting but should be equivalent to a decent 18650. May take a couple of charge cycles to reach full capacity. The good news is zip charging is faster than any other mod.
  7. Connect and download settings on Hana. Write down the Mod Tab settings including the battery settings. Connect and download settings from the mod you want to copy. File->Save As. Connect Hana, then File->Open the previously saved file. Fill in the correct Mod/battery settings you previously wrote down. Upload settings to second device.
  8. If it is not set correctly, the device will still work, but your battery meter will be inaccurate.
  9. Edit: see updated reply in the "More than 1 DNA" thread: /topic/68146-topic/?do=findComment&comment=912975
  10. You can lock resistance on the mod itself: Resistance lock: The DNA 200 relies on the cold resistance of the atomizer to measure temperature accurately. If the connection is not stable or if you find the measured resistance drifts with time, it may be desirable to lock the atomizer resistance. To do so, while locked hold both the Fire and Up buttons for two seconds to enter Resistance Lock mode. In this mode, the DNA 200 will use the present atomizer cold resistance without refinement until the atomizer is disconnected or the resistance lock is disabled. A lock symbol will replace the ohm symbol on the display. To disable resistance lock, repeat the procedure to lock it. http://evolvapor.com/datasheet/dna200.pdf
  11. Well I can't tell you exactly how it works, but I can tell you it does work on the Vaporshark DNA200. It's silly fast, approx 90 mins from empty to full. I don't run mine right down so its usually less than an hour when I top up each evening.
  12. Just heard back from Vaporshark who said replacement batteries would be available "soon", but said I could order one from Evolv meantime, implying they're using the Fullymax (though they did not explicitly state that). I'll just wait for theirs as it will presumably have the correct connectors already mounted. I won't be trying to hot swap though, I'm not sure thats a good idea. If you need more capacity I think planning to top up via USB or get a bigger capacity mod is a better bet.
  13. Just heard back from Vaporshark regarding zip charging with the DNA200 balance charger. They confirmed it will allow you to use all functions of the balance charger, and that you can still use Escribe to change the charging mode. I usually have USB current set as one of my charging displays so it will be real easy to check when mine arrives.
  14. If I'm understanding John in the thread linked below, if the device sees data lines it will limit the charge current. That is also what I've observed, less than 500 mA when connected to a USB 3.0 port, up to 1A when connected to a wall wart. /topic/68472-topic/
