I've even considered having a 4s balance lead wired up to the 60 for the USB, given the mod is easily accessible. Then wiring a male 4S tap to the USB. You could then get away without having to mount/cutout the USB in a mod, yet be able to have the USB/tap to quickly plug into the female tap wired to the board for escribe. This is a last resort/another option if you for your application the USB won't fit or you don't want to mount it. Keep in mind then you'd have the USB w/ tap to look after (not lose).

I have a 60 up and running, and for some reason the vape just isn't the same as a 40, or even 75/200. It's pulling the exact same voltage/amps, at 22 watts (so wiring isn't the issue), with the same tank/battery swapped over as well. Is there some reason as to why the 60 just isn't quite as "smooth" as a 40? Again, same tank/coil, battery, etc. The flavor isn't as good either!

Just FYI - The USB Satellite board is the exact same width as the 60 (or 40 with the rails snipped off). I transplanted one already and it's running great. On this one, for example, I had to grind out the usb area to fit the USB in the case. So the USB size is definitely worth noting.

Hey all. I actually was fortunate to get a call from Evolv. I was told the 60 Custom is an entirely new design, just slightly a hair taller than an 18650. It has a tube-style at the back mod, and sounds like it might be similar to the reference for the front of the case. So it's supposed to be really small. I'm super excited for mine to come in! Great customer service as always! Oh, and it's a solid billet alu.

I'm curious; could someone please help me out with connecting another USB board for data and charging all in one? I see the dual TP4056 drawing, but I'm not looking to go 2 amp, just need to know what charging board would allow me to substitute for Evolv's
