Repeating Background Image

I am attempting to create a theme for my Def Mods Boro V2 every background image i upload is staggered and repeating instead of filling the screen.

the image I am using is 60x60 pixels and if i try using anything larger than that I get an out of space error. 

Any Help??

It needs to be smaller. Download (save) one already on the mod to see its size.

"every background image i upload is staggered and repeating instead of filling the screen." Yes. Read the field label. I do believe it says 'pattern'.
