brff Posted July 31 Report Posted July 31 (edited) Hello, I have had a Riva DNA 250C mod for several years. Everything was working perfectly until last week. I charge the batteries using an external Nitecore charger. I inserted a pair of fully charged batteries into the mod, but the battery indicator sometimes shows 4% and sometimes 0%. The batteries are definitely fully charged. I have tested several different pairs of batteries, and the problem remains exactly the same. The batteries are either 2x EFEST or 2x MXJO. I also checked the readings with Escribe, and Cell 1 is always around 2.1V, even when I swap the positions of the batteries. Could someone please help me identify the problem? Thank you very much. Wayneo Posted July 31 Report Posted July 31 Sounds like juice has entered down by the usb connection and compromised them. You could rip your mod apart, use isoprpyl alcohol and wipe everything down and look for any corrosion. Then check those voltages afterwards.

This is the screen which had a hit few years ago. It is just the display which was not confortable.
