I just got the OXVA DNA Mod today, and I've noticed that the charging cutoff voltage is around 4.35V. Personally, I find this voltage a bit too high and would like to set it to a maximum of 4.15V. However, I can't find any way to do this in EScribe. Is there a possibility to change it? Maybe via the terminal?

Why do you think 4.35V is overcharged?

You are aware of the existence of different voltage single cell lithium chemistry batteries? Even cylindricals can come in different V. Some 3.6v nominal, others 3.7v...these are pouch cells, made for an optimal balance of cycle count & high enough drain to safely operate the unit. Sounds like your very used to cylindrical and you're appying logic from them over to a closed battery pod system.

Either way, it's not possible to change on that unit.
