stubby 21 aio screen glitching

any idea why my dna stubby 21 would be doing this?

Hi, I have a new Suicide Mods Stubby 21 Dna60c x-ray edition. It is a new mod, I bought it a week. When I connected it to the escribe application, offered to update the service pack , which I did. I changed the screenshot to what you see now. The problem is the following, which I will also send a video about. When the device returns from a prolonged period of inactivity with a single button press, the screen flashes with white pixels, but otherwise everything is fine. What causes this error? Thank you very much!

If that pixellation started from before your update, return it to place of purchase.

If it only started after the update, perhaps a 'hard reboot' under escribe - Tools will fix it. If it does not, load a new copy of the firmware.

If you did not mention the update, I would suggest you have a flaky screen that you or the vendor should replace.

Okey! Thank you! I will try to hard reset. If that doesn't solve the problem, I'll restore the factory firmware. I did the right thing by backing up the factory default firmware. I'll let you know if the problem is solved! Thx! 👍👌

Hi, I tried it!  I made a hard reboot, but it not solved the screen problem. Than I upload the original saved settings, but it not solved it. Than I made again a hard reboot, and nothing changes. When I push the fire button the Stubby is back from standby mod, and the screen glitching, pixeling a half second, and than everithing is fine. It always do it when is come back from standby mode. Is it normal and do not need to interest with it? Or I need to contact to seller (SAV)?

I upload back to the Stubby this Firmware Version: 1.1 SP75 INT, and I testing it now!

If I remember correctly, the error occurred after I updated to this: The new Firmware Version: 1.1 SP84 INT

But I am not sure.

All of my Stubby dna60c do this. I checked it. ☹️
