TLP DESIGN
Hi guys. first of all sorry for my bad english. I have a problem with battery percentage which is not shown properly. I left the box on charge for at least 5 hours, it never reaches the 100% (in the past I had no problem with it.) The percentage drops from 54% after 5 hours charging to 8%, this happens more after I puff. I have no idea how to use Escribe software to make correct settings, I use the box on Watts profile, 0.2 Ohm and 70 watt. I've seen there is a cell option (I have 2) and I can change it but I'm afraid to do it, I don't want to make troubles... I attach some screenshots, thank you very much for your support. EDIT: I've done a settings reset and now it says "check battery", battery is plugged by USB but it's not charging....if I click settings > atomizer > measure it does nothing... please help I love this product and I don't want to change it... :(( log_3.csv Edited November 9, 2022 by TLP DESIGN
dwcraig1
On all your screens the settings look good. After you did the reset is it possible that it changed from 2 cells to 3? If so change it back to 2 and upload settings. You have it set for maximum recharges which is fine but charging wil stop at around 94% On your 1st screen those wavy lines are not good. TLP DESIGN
Hello, first of all thank for your answer. The problem is that I did a reset and now is even worse cause It keeps saying "check battery". which one I've to choose of this? I selected 250W 3 cell cause I thought it should be this for the 250C VTBOX. it's 200watt 2 cell or 250w 3 cell? Unfortunately I don't know anything about this box. TLP DESIGN
I added another log file (while firing), now the percentage is 41% and when I plugged in was 34% probably the reset and YOUR VERY HELPFUL answer fixed the problem. I can't know it cause now I'm goin to wait for 100% charge and then I will use it to see if it drops again from 100% to very lowest percentage. Another question you experts maybe know...which is the max output of charger I can use for charging the battery? can I use a 45W supercharge with 5V and 4.5A output in your opinion? Or probably is always better to use the Escribe software cause I red that it gives you the best charging mode for your box? THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS, I attach the pic of the charger with the specifications. log_4.csv Edited November 9, 2022 by TLP DESIGN

dwcraig1
Even though your charger outputs 4.5 amps the board will never draw more than 2 amps, so no problem. Pay attention to cell voltage rather than percentage, 4.1v - 4.2v is full charge. If they are not close in voltage between each other charging will appear to stop while it balance charges which is quite slow. One more thought, have you tried using a different cable? Yes, it doesn't work again the percentage was 51 (after I'm charging it since 10 AM) and now it's 45%.... have no idea why it doesn't display correct percentage

Wayneo
Unclick ALL that you enabled in Device Monitor, only enable/click cell 1 and cell 2. Plug in mod, start device monitor, let sit 30 seconds and post screenshot like your 1st picture Unplug mod, swap battery positions in the mod itself, Plug in mod, start device monitor, let sit 30 seconds and post screenshot like your 1st picture Post 2 screenshots. If you look at your 1st picture, there were many voltage dips with cell 1, I wanna see if cell 2 (after your swap) shows the dip behavior
