Hadron Pro - Possible charging fault

Hi Folks

I've had the Steam Crave Hadron Pro since last week. I've been charging the LiPo battery via USB and that's been fine for the 4-5 days prior to today when it seemed really slow to charge. I noticed the charging lightning bolt on the battery icon appears to disappear semi-regularly, so I checked on device monitor and every so often the USB voltage will spike a little and the current will drop to zero.

Is this normal or is my unit going faulty in under a week?

Thanks for your help.

Not normal, BUT it's rather bold to immediately blame the mod.
Have you seen the same behavior (battery icon) while plugged into an external wall adaptor, and with different cables?

If you have, open a Help Desk ticket, and they will guide you. Link in my signature line.

And welcome 👋

The dissapearing lightning bolt from the battery icon has happened with multiple cables on a phone style USB brick adapter, and also plugged into the USB output of a Nitcore SC4 battery charger. The behaviour shown in the screen shot happened with 2 different leads while plugged into the PC, across several different USB ports.
